Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how NEXT Fractional (“NEXT Fractional,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nextfractional.com (the “Site”) or engage with our fractional executive and business growth services. NEXT Fractional provides fractional CMO, COO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, CIO, CCO, CDO, and CXO leadership, along with related business development, marketing, and growth programs, to client companies.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you submit an inquiry through our Contact, Connect, or “Take the NEXT Step” forms, or otherwise fill out a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company name, phone number, and details about your business needs. These forms are powered by Ninja Forms and WPForms, and submissions are stored in our WordPress database and/or emailed to our team for follow-up.

Cookies and Usage Data

Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site. This includes standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps) collected automatically whenever you visit.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4), installed via Google Site Kit and MonsterInsights, to measure Site traffic and understand which content and services visitors are interested in. We also use Google Search Console (via Google Site Kit) to monitor our presence in Google Search results.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact and lead forms;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the services we describe on it;
  • To understand aggregate traffic patterns and content performance through analytics;
  • To communicate with prospective and current clients about our fractional executive services; and
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity on the Site.

Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Site and its forms:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console, via Google Site Kit and MonsterInsights — for traffic and search-performance analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Ninja Forms and WPForms — to process and store the contact/lead forms you submit on the Site.
  • OptinMonster — for on-site lead-capture popups and forms.
  • JotForm — for select embedded forms used on specific pages.
  • NitroPack — a website performance/caching service that may set cookies related to caching and page delivery.
  • accessiBe — an accessibility interface widget that may process limited interaction data to apply accessibility adjustments.
  • Jetpack (Automattic) — for site security, performance, and basic statistics.

Some of these providers may process data outside of your country of residence. We only work with providers who commit to appropriate safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain contact and lead form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and in any case no longer than is required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the applicable retention settings of Google Analytics.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or with any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not currently operate a separate cookie-consent banner on the Site; cookie controls are managed through your browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
