Fractional Engagement. Embedded executive leadership without the full-time hire. We embed as senior executives and own outcomes — whether that’s leading marketing for a growth-stage company finding its footing, or running a division for a national brand that needs dedicated leadership outside its core team. [ Start the conversation ](https://nextfractional.com/contact) ![](https://nextfractional.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/Background.png "Background | NEXT Fractional | NEXT Fractional") ## What We Do Executive-level ownership across the functions that drive growth. We work with companies that need real leadership, not more consultants. Engagements are ongoing, embedded, and built around your specific stage and goals. Fractional CMO Full marketing ownership — brand, demand generation, content, paid, partnerships, and team. We’ve led marketing for early-stage startups and managed large-scale digital programs for national brands. Strategy & Growth Market positioning, go-to-market planning, and competitive strategy. We work at the intersection of where you are and where you need to be, then build the roadmap to get there. Business Development Channel partnerships, distribution, and revenue programs. We’ve built BD functions from scratch and managed strategic partner relationships at the national level. Division & Program Management For larger organizations, we run discrete divisions or initiatives end-to-end — owning the P&L, team, and outcomes with full executive accountability. Partnerships & Channel Partner identification, deal structure, co-marketing, and ongoing relationship management. We build partnership programs that create compounding value, not one-off deals. Operations & Execution Strategy without execution is noise. We bring the team, tools, and discipline to turn plans into measurable outcomes — on time and on budget. ## THE PRACTICE Founded by people who’ve built, scaled, and sold. NEXT Fractional was founded by David Petsolt in 2018. Adam Acosta joined in 2020 — the two having worked together at Clearlink, where both held senior leadership roles. Between them, they bring deep experience in marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, built at companies ranging from early-stage startups to national brands. Every engagement is led by one of them directly. ![Selfie of a man wearing sunglasses at a sunny football stadium, with a green field and blue and red seats behind; yellow letters spell 'QUE CLUB' in the stands.](https://nextfractional.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/image-4-1.jpg "image 4 1 | NEXT Fractional | NEXT Fractional") ## David Petsolt Founder & Executive Partner David has spent his career building and scaling companies across digital media, performance marketing, and home services. He founded buyCalls in 2009 and grew it into a nationally recognized performance marketing operation before its acquisition by Clearlink in 2016 — giving him firsthand experience on both the operator and exit sides of a business. He holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and is based in Barcelona. ## Adam Acosta Co-Founder & Executive Partner Adam brings deep expertise in strategic partnerships and business development, most recently as SVP of Partner Strategy at Clearlink where he led and grew relationships with the nation’s largest home service and insurance brands. He is based in Salt Lake City. ![Bald man with glasses and a beard wearing a dark zip sweater, gesturing with his right hand in front of a photo-covered wall behind him.](https://nextfractional.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/image-3-1.jpg "image 3 1 | NEXT Fractional | NEXT Fractional") ## How It Works Direct. Monthly engagements built on outcomes, not hours. We talk about what you actually need A short conversation about your stage, goals, and where you’re stuck. No pitch deck, no intake form. We’ll tell you quickly if we’re the right fit. We embed as your executive Ongoing, structured engagement — weekly cadence, direct access, and real ownership of outcomes. We work inside your company, not above it. The team scales with the work We bring a vetted team of specialists — SEO, creative, development, project management — that scales up or down based on what the engagement requires ## WHO IT’S FOR Built for companies that are ready to move. We work best with growth-stage companies that have product-market fit and need senior leadership to scale but aren’t ready, or don’t want, a full-time executive hire. We also work with larger organizations managing a specific division, channel, or initiative that needs dedicated ownership outside the core team. Either way, the engagement is serious. We’re not strategists who drop a deck and disappear. Growth-stage companies scaling past founder-led marketing. Companies between a junior team and a full-time CMO hire Larger organizations needing embedded leadership for a specific program or division Founders who want an executive partner, not another agency Teams that need strategy and execution, not one or the other ## THE TEAM You get us. You also get everyone we work with. We lead every engagement directly. Behind us is a vetted, long-tenured team of specialists who execute across every function we touch. SEO/AIO & Content Paid Search & Media Creative & Design Web Development Project Management Analytics & Reporting Conversion Optimization Email & Communications Automation & Al ## Ready to talk about what you’re building? How Fractional Operations Can Drive Your Business Forward](https://nextfractional.com/services-operations-management/) **Published:** December 19, 2024 **Author:** Sue Mosebar **Content:** Running a business is no small feat. Behind every product sold or service delivered is a complex web of processes that need to work seamlessly together to keep everything running smoothly. That’s where operations management comes in. From planning workflows to optimizing resources, operations management ensures that businesses can meet their goals efficiently and effectively. But here’s the catch: not every company has the capacity—or the need—for a full-time executive to manage these processes. Enter fractional operations leadership: a flexible, cost-effective solution that gives businesses access to top-tier expertise without the commitment of a permanent hire. ## **What Is Operations Management?** Operations management is the backbone of any successful organization, ensuring processes, resources, and teams align to achieve business goals. From planning workflows to optimizing performance, operations management focuses on transforming inputs—such as labor, materials, and technology—into efficient outputs—products and services that meet customer needs. At its core, operations management aims to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver consistent quality—all while ensuring the business runs smoothly. ## **Core Functions of Operations Management** Operations management encompasses several key responsibilities that drive organizational success. These core functions include: - **Planning:** Aligning operational processes with overarching business objectives. Whether launching a new product or improving existing workflows, planning is the foundation for achieving measurable results. - **Organizing:** Structuring teams, tasks, and systems to eliminate confusion and inefficiencies. A well-organized team understands their roles and can work seamlessly toward shared goals. - **Controlling:** Monitoring processes to ensure that performance, quality, and timelines meet expectations. This includes tracking metrics like production rates, delivery times, and resource usage. - **Optimizing:** Continuously improving processes to save time, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Methods like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Agile are often used to refine operations for better outcomes. By balancing these functions, operations management creates an environment where businesses can scale efficiently and respond quickly to market changes. ## **Key Areas of Operations Management** Operations management touches nearly every aspect of a business, with a focus on ensuring unified execution across departments. One of the most critical areas includes supply chain management. Effectively managing the flow of goods, services, and information from suppliers to customers reduces delays, minimizes costs, and enhances customer satisfaction. Operations also includes process improvement, such as identifying and addressing inefficiencies within workflows to help businesses refine operations and improve output. In addition, effective outsourced operations management ensures time, talent, and capital are used efficiently. Operations managers prioritize tasks, optimize schedules, and ensure resources are deployed where they create the most value. Finally, key performance indicators (KPIs) are used to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Metrics like production speed, cost per unit, and customer satisfaction, for instance, provide actionable insights. ## **Why Do Businesses Struggle with Operations Management?** While operations management is essential, it often poses challenges for businesses, particularly startups and small-to-midsized companies. Some of the most challenging obstacles include a lack of expertise. Not all businesses have the in-house expertise to identify and fix operational inefficiencies. This gap can lead to wasted time and resources. Other businesses may be using outdated workflows that no longer align with their goals or scale. Without a clear strategy for improvement, inefficiencies persist, often due to resource or talent gaps. Businesses with limited staff or budgets may struggle to allocate the necessary resources to improve operations. Without focused leadership, growth can stagnate. These challenges underscore the need for tailored solutions like fractional operations leadership—an approach that brings in experienced professionals to transform operations without the long-term commitment and added costs of full-time expertise. ## **Understanding Fractional Operations Management** In the traditional business model, operations management is handled by full-time executives or internal teams. While this approach is vital for many organizations, it’s not always the best fit in today’s dynamic business landscape. This is especially true with businesses that rely on flexible, cost-effective solutions. This is where fractional leadership shines: it offers an innovative way to access top-tier operational expertise without the financial and logistical commitment of a full-time hire. Fractional leadership refers to hiring experienced executives on a part-time, project-based, or temporary basis to handle specific areas of business, such as operations management. Unlike traditional executives, fractional leaders work on a flexible schedule, tailoring their involvement to the company’s unique needs. This model provides businesses with a scalable solution: expert leadership without the overhead costs of a permanent teammate. Fractional leaders and outsourced operations can bring years of experience, a results-driven approach, and fresh perspectives to the table, enabling companies to tackle complex challenges efficiently. ## **How Does Fractional Operations Management Differ from Traditional Leadership?** **Fractional Leadership****Traditional Leadership****Time Commitment**Part-time, project-based, or interim head of operationsFull-time, permanent role**Cost**Pay only for the expertise you needHigher salaries and benefits required**Expertise**Specialized knowledge tailored to challengesGeneral expertise, spread across tasks**Implementation Speed**Faster onboarding and resultsLonger ramp-up time**Flexibility**Scalable and adaptable to business needsFixed responsibilitiesFractional leaders for operations management are becoming an essential resource for companies that want to stay competitive in a fast-paced market. Fractional leadership provides the same level of expertise at a fraction of the cost, allowing companies to allocate resources where they matter most. - **Scalability:** As businesses grow or face temporary challenges, fractional leaders can adjust their involvement to match evolving needs. This scalability makes them ideal for project-based initiatives or transitional periods. - **Results-Oriented Approach:** Outsource operations focus on delivering measurable outcomes. Whether it’s improving workflows, reducing overhead, or enhancing supply chain efficiency, the role is tied to achieving specific goals. - **Fresh Perspectives:** Often, internal teams are too close to the problem to see a solution. Yet, many growing companies don’t yet have the resources, or even the need, for a full-time chief financial officer (CFO). Enter the concept of a fractional CFO. What’s a fractional CFO? In short, it’s someone who provides high-level financial leadership on a part-time or project basis. This allows businesses access to seasoned financial executive expertise without the full-time commitment or, importantly, the cost. ## **What a Fractional CFO Does** A fractional CFO performs, for the most part, the same duties a full-time CFO does. However, they typically work with a company only on a part-time basis or during critical financial periods when the company is in need of strategic financial guidance or is navigating complex financial situations to achieve long-term goals. Some of the key responsibilities a fractional CFO might handle include: - **Financial Strategy and Planning:** Helping develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals. This might consist of long-term financial forecasting, identifying growth opportunities, and advising on financial structure. - **Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting:** Helping manage budgeting processes to ensure the company allots resources efficiently and effectively. For instance, a Fractional CFO can handle financial forecasting to predict or direct future cash flows for the business’ needs. They also provide detailed financial reports to help business leadership make informed decisions. - **Cash Flow Management:** One of the critical functions of a fractional CFO is to manage cash flow. With financial expertise, they can help ensure the company has enough cash on hand (i.e., liquidity) to operate smoothly. In addition, they can help identify areas where financial adjustments can improve overall performance. - **Risk Management and Compliance:** Compliance with financial regulations is crucial for any business. A fractional CFO helps mitigate risk by ensuring the company adheres to financial laws and regulations. They can also identify potential financial risks and create strategies to manage them. - **Fundraising and Investment Oversight:** For businesses seeking investment or funding, a fractional CFO can play a pivotal role in preparing for capital raises, managing investor relations, and overseeing how investments can be used to maximize growth. Though they perform many of the same duties as a full-time CFO, a fractional CFO offers more flexibility. This makes them an ideal choice for companies that need high-level financial expertise without the full-time commitment. ## **Why Hire a Fractional CFO?** There are several reasons why businesses choose to hire a fractional CFO rather than bringing on a full-time CFO. Perhaps the most common is cost-effectiveness. For small to mid-sized companies, especially startups, hiring a full-time CFO can be prohibitively expensive—especially when you need qualified expertise. A fractional CFO allows companies to gain access to top-tier financial knowledge at a fraction of the cost. Another reason businesses choose a fractional CFO is flexibility. Many companies simply don’t need a full-time CFO. However, they might need high-level financial advice, such as during a challenging growth phase, business restructuring, or when dealing with a complex financial challenge. A fractional CFO can be hired for specific periods or projects, providing strategic support only when needed. Additionally, a fractional CFO brings specialized expertise. Whether the business is navigating a capital raise, expanding into new markets, or facing financial difficulties, a fractional CFO offers focused guidance tailored to the company’s needs. With the ability to scale services up or down, a fractional CFO can be an efficient solution for companies experiencing fluctuating financial demands. ## **Who Can Benefit from a Fractional CFO?** A wide range of businesses can benefit from the services of a fractional CFO, but certain types of companies stand to gain the most: - **Startups:** Rapid growth can bring financial complexity. Startups often face challenges such as securing funding, managing expenses, and scaling operations. A fractional CFO can guide them through these crucial stages, offering high-level financial expertise without the expense of a full-time hire. - **Small to Mid-Sized Companies:** While these businesses may not need a full-time CFO, they often still require financial oversight to ensure they are making sound decisions. A fractional CFO can step in to provide part-time support, offering strategic financial advice as needed. - **Companies in Transition:** During periods of significant change, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, companies may require additional financial leadership. Even if they already have a full-time CFO, a fractional CFO can offer valuable support by managing specific tasks or offering strategic insights to smooth the transition. Additionally, as businesses grow, their financial operations often become more complex. A fractional CFO can help manage this increased sophistication by assisting with financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising on risk management strategies. ## **How Does a Fractional CFO Operate?** The nature of the fractional CFO role is highly adaptable, designed to meet the specific needs of the business. Most fractional CFOs work part-time, either on a set schedule, by project, or on a retainer basis. These financial professionals can work remotely or integrate with your current finance team. In some cases, they may collaborate with outsourced accounting services to provide comprehensive support. The ability to tailor the scope of work means that businesses can get the right amount of financial guidance without the overhead of a full-time position. Many fractional CFOs manage multiple clients simultaneously, allowing them to bring a breadth of experience across industries and business models. Depending on your company’s requirements, they might work a few hours a week or focus on specific projects, such as managing cash flow during a growth phase or preparing for an audit. ## **Benefits of Working with a Fractional CFO** Choosing to hire a fractional CFO can offer several distinct advantages, including: - **Cost Efficiency:** A part-time CFO provides the strategic financial leadership you need without the full salary and benefits package of a full-time CFO, making it a cost-effective solution for growing businesses. - **Flexibility:** A fractional CFO’s role can expand or contract based on the company’s current needs. Whether you require their services for a few hours a week or just during certain phases, they can adapt to meet your changing business demands. - **Specialized Knowledge:** Fractional CFOs bring a wealth of expertise that may not be available in-house. Whether your business needs assistance with fundraising, risk management, or financial forecasting, a fractional CFO offers targeted, expert advice. - **Focused Problem-Solving:** These professionals are often brought in to address specific challenges. This allows them to dedicate their efforts to resolving key financial issues quickly and effectively, without being bogged down by day-to-day operational tasks. ## **How to Choose the Right Fractional CFO for Your Business** Selecting the right fractional CFO is crucial to ensuring that you get the most value from the relationship. Here are several factors to consider when making your choice: - **Relevant Experience:** It’s essential to find a fractional CFO with a proven track record in your industry. Their understanding of the financial challenges specific to your sector will provide more relevant and actionable insights. - **Strong Communication Skills:** The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly is key. You want a fractional CFO who can explain financial strategies and reports in a way that’s understandable to all stakeholders, even those without a financial background. - **Adaptability and Availability:** Make sure the fractional CFO can meet your business’s specific needs and has the flexibility to accommodate your schedule. As your company grows or evolves, their role should be able to scale accordingly. By carefully vetting candidates and ensuring they align with your company’s culture and objectives, you’ll secure a fractional CFO who can deliver the financial leadership needed for your company’s long-term success. --- ### [Pipeline Construction](https://nextfractional.com/biz-dev-pipeline-construction/) **Published:** February 23, 2024 **Author:** Noel Alvarez **Content:** [<< Back](https://nextfractional.com/next-ventures/) ![](https://nextfractional.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/pipeline-Construction-232x300.png "pipeline Construction | NEXT Fractional") Working for companies such as Ignition Group out of Durban, SA, we have helped to develop pipelines which have resulted in significant expansion. We generate a unique pixel each website or application. 2. The pixel is placed on the website using tag manager. 3. The pixel swiftly identifies the device ID being used by prospects, tracking their website sessions. Info Pixel gathers consent-driven data for the device, creating a comprehensive list of your website users. 4. Info Pixel promptly delivers updated contact list to our Customer Relationship Management system. 5. We utilize this data for omnichannel remarketing — including email, social media, direct mail, and more. ### How does **Info Pixel** use content-based marketing? Every device that visits a website comes with a unique device ID. Info Pixel identifies this device ID and provides instant access to consumer data, including contact details, browsing behavior, and over 100 data categories. Surprisingly, over 60% of consumers have consented to share this information, encompassing email addresses, mailing addresses, age, income brackets, and more. Info Pixel centralizes this data, enabling the creation of a comprehensive 360-degree view of these potential customers, empowering highly effective remarketing campaigns. ### Is **Info Pixel** different than a cookie? The cookie landscape is changing rapidly. With Firefox and Safari already abandoning third-party cookies due to privacy concerns, Google Chrome is set to phase out such cookie-based marketing by 2024. Given Chrome’s widespread usage, the full extent of a cookie-less marketing era is yet to unfold. With Info Pixel, we’ve embraced cookie-free technology and employ a consent-based marketing approach. This means that users willingly grant permission for their data to be used, addressing privacy concerns effectively. This enables the creation of a far more impactful remarketing strategy, delivering welcome impressions to over 60% of business-to-consumer site visitors. ### **Info Pixel** Email delivery rates Email deliverability can fluctuate depending on the industry. However, as a general rule, emails that are automatically triggered in real-time based on website visits tend to have higher deliverability rates compared to traditional lists, even meticulously curated ones! Info Pixel contacts, being first-party data, are always up to date. This means that email campaigns sent to contacts generated by our pixel encounter fewer deliverability issues, such as bounces and opt-outs. Furthermore, Info Pixel’s data is consistently updated and appended daily to ensure continued relevance and accuracy. Fractional C-level roles, such as fractional [Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)](https://nextfractional.com/fractional-cmo-chief-marketing-officer/), [Chief Financial Officer (CFO)](https://nextfractional.com/fractional-cfo-chief-financial-officer/), or any other C-level position, offer a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to work on a contract basis while significantly impacting organizations. ## What is a Fractional C-level Job? Fractional executives provide high-level executive leadership and strategic guidance to organizations on a part-time or project-based arrangement. Rather than being a full-time employee, a fractional executive will work as an independent contractor, bringing expertise and experience to the table while focusing on specific goals and objectives. This flexible arrangement allows companies to access top-tier talent without committing to a permanent, full-time executive position. A fractional executive’s role may vary depending on the specific C-level position they hold. For example, a fractional CMO will collaborate with the company’s leadership team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. A fractional CFO may provide financial expertise, assist in financial planning and analysis, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with regulations. Fractional C-level professionals offer several advantages to organizations. - **First**, they provide access to top-tier talent without the long-term commitment of a full-time hire, enabling organizations to benefit from their expertise on a project or part-time basis. - **Second**, fractional executives bring a fresh perspective and diverse experience gained from working across multiple industries and organizations. This broader knowledge base allows them to identify innovative solutions and drive positive organizational change. - **Lastly**, fractional C-level roles offer flexibility for both the professional and the company. Fractional executives can choose to work with multiple clients simultaneously, gaining exposure to different challenges and industries, while organizations can tap into their expertise without the need for a permanent, full-time executive. To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more. This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs. Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts Its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by the blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments. ## Screen-reader and keyboard navigation Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements, alongside console screenshots of code examples: 1. **Screen-reader optimization:** we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website. These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA. 2. **Keyboard navigation optimization:** The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key. Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements. ## Disability profiles supported in our website - **Epilepsy Safe Profile:** this profile enables people with epilepsy to use the website safely by eliminating the risk of seizures that result from flashing or blinking animations and risky color combinations. - **Visually Impaired Profile:** this profile adjusts the website so that it is accessible to the majority of visual impairments such as Degrading Eyesight, Tunnel Vision, Cataract, Glaucoma, and others. - **Cognitive Disability Profile:** this profile provides various assistive features to help users with cognitive disabilities such as Autism, Dyslexia, CVA, and others, to focus on the essential elements more easily. - **ADHD Friendly Profile**: this profile significantly reduces distractions and noise, to help people with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders browse, read, and focus on the essential elements more easily. - **Blind Users Profile (Screen-readers):** this profile adjusts the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is installed on the blind user’s computer, and this site is compatible with it. - **Keyboard Navigation Profile (Motor-Impaired):** this profile enables motor-impaired persons to operate the website using the keyboard Tab, Shift+Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements. ## Additional UI, design, and readability adjustments 1. **Font adjustments –** users, can increase and decrease its size, change its family (type), adjust the spacing, alignment, line height, and more. 2. **Color adjustments –** users can select various color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. Additionally, users can swap color schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds, with over 7 different coloring options. 3. **Animations –** epileptic users can stop all running animations with the click of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and CSS flashing transitions. 4. **Content highlighting –** users can choose to emphasize important elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only. 5. **Audio muting –** users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly. 6. **Cognitive disorders –** we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others. 7. **Additional functions** **–** we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions. ## Browser and assistive technology compatibility We aim to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and for MAC users. ## Notes, comments, and feedback Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating and improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility, following technological advancements.
